One of the goals I have with this site is to provide information on business, Web 2.0 stuff, publishing, marketing, and such for self-publishers, publishers, and anyone else interested.
To me, in order for an independent self-publisher / publisher to be successful into today’s market, they have to do things differently and to learn from other related businesses. This is why I am going to start posting here whenever I update my other site, Creative Entrepreneur.
Creative Entrepreneur is a site I use to collect information, links, and articles which relate to business, Web 2.0, and publishing. Already, there are articles there regarding Digital Distribution, a new Web 2.0 tool called WetPaint (a hybrid between a wiki, blog, and forum), Wikis, and another Web 2.0 tool, Backpack which enables a team to collaborate on documents online.
I hope the information and resources you find on Creative Entrepreneur helpful and lead you to think about things differently in regards to doing business in the direct market.
