ELSEWHERE: Your San Diego Comic Con Linkage for Monday

Posted by Wesley Craig Green / Head Cheese at Independent Propaganda

And so it comes to an end. If you go by the multitude reports, this year’s SDCC was even bigger than last year’s. Not too many links so far today but I’m sure that will change in the days to come. Personally speaking, the biggest news to come out of the San Diego Comic Con which has me jazzed isn’t comic related.

It was news about Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino talking about their double-feature throwback to the 70s, GRINDHOUSE, scheduled to hit screens in April 2007. Tarantino let it slip that he would like to make two anime “Kill Bill” prequels. The first would be an origin film about Bill and his mentors, while the second would be another tale including The Bride. Very cool indeed.

Now for the post-SDCC links…
